The Texas Panhandle, which has been torched by wildfires, is ground-zero for the state's cattle industry. Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller said that at least 3,600 cows have died and that number is growing. Miller added over 500 houses and barns have been destroyed. The flames also torched the grasslands, leaving cattle without anything to eat.
