Charges will not be filed in the deadly stampede at the Astroworld Music Festival. On Thursday, a Houston grand jury decided against filing a criminal case for the 2021 tragedy at NRG Park. Ten people died in the crowd surge at the concert hosted by rapper Travis Scott, including a nine-year-old child. Scott, who was performing at the time of the incident, claims he didn't know what was happening.
