Poll: Americans More Disgruntled At Work

A new poll shows Americans are becoming more disgruntled at work. The new Gallup poll discovered that less than a third of the employees they surveyed last year said they were "actively engaged" at work, or feeling passionate about their jobs. That number is about a four-percent drop from a high of 36-percent in 2020. Meantime, 18-percent of employees said they were "actively disengaged, " the highest that number has been since 2013. Gallup has been tracing employee engagement for more than 20 years.
