Education Commissioner Says Coronavirus Is Creating Chaos

The spike in coronavirus cases that started in July continues to create problems for Texas public schools, where masks are not required. Education Commissioner Mike Morath says it's affecting operations across the state, as school officials struggle with matters that go way beyond teaching. Connally ISD, near Waco, is now closed after two teachers died from the virus recently. The district will reopen after the Labor Day weekend.
