Dallas Police Make Arrest In Murder Of Transgender Woman

Dallas Police say they have a suspect in custody for the murder of a transgender woman and two other people. Kendrell Lavar Lyles was arrested on June 5th after police connected him to a deadly May 22nd shooting. An investigation linked him to two other killings, including the murder of Muhlaysia Booker. Booker was seen getting into a car matching the description of one driven by Lyles before she was murdered. Booker's case gained attention because she was the victim of a brutal beating that was captured on video in April. Police say Lyles is also a person of interest in the murder of another transgender woman.
