Spurs beat Thunder 103-99

The Spurs picked up a 103-99 win over the Thunder at the AT&T Center as the two teams battle for playoff positioning in the West.  San Antonio and Oklahoma City are tied for fourth in the conference at 44-and-32.  LaMarcus Aldridge paced the Spurs with 25 points and 11 rebounds to help end a two-game losing streak.  OKC 26 points from Paul George, along with Russell Westbrook's 19 and 11 boards.  The Thunder have lost three-of-four.
