Sheriff's investigators have a man in the hospital in critical condition suffering from a gunshot wound, and not much else, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Deputies were called to I-37 and Mathis Road in southeast Bexar County about 12:30 this morning for a report of gunfire.
When they arrived they were told that a victim rushed away in a pickup truck.
They found the truck at a gas station at Loop 1604 and I-37, and found inside pools of blood and a man nearly passed out from gunshot wounds.
He wouldn't tell detectives anything, so right now they have no motive and no suspects.
