A man was stabbed several times in the parking lot of a southeast side motel Wednesday morning in a confrontation over slashed tires, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police were called to the parking lot of the Motel 6 on Hot Wells about 7AM on a report of a man down.
When they arrived, they found the man bleeding from multiple stab wounds. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
Witnesses told officers that the victim had confronted three men who he accused of slashing his tires in the motel parking lot.
Police put out a description of the men who were seen driving away in a black vehicle.
Its not clear if the victim or the three suspects were guests at the motel.
