The bullet-riddled body of a man was found on a west side street overnight, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police were called to the 300 block of Cortez, which is just west of Las Palmas shopping center, late Friday on a report of gunfire.
When officers arrived, they found the victim already dead from multiple gunshot wounds, including one in the head.
Police were told about a green Expedition seen driving south toward Castroville Rd, but apart from that they have no suspects, no witnesses, and no motive.
