Houston's mayor says efforts continue to "get people back on their feet"

The mayor of Houston says federal, state and local governments are working together to help the city recover from Hurricane Harvey.  Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner said today he's working day and night to help people get back on their feet and "back home."  FEMA Administrator Brock Long joined Turner at an afternoon news conference and pledged that his agency is working to help people find a "new normal."
