Metropolitan Police are declaring two incidents in downtown London as terrorism. A witness told a BBC reporter that one of the attackers shouted "This is for Allah." A vehicle plowed into pedestrians on the London Bridge Saturday night, and then shortly after that there were stabbings at Borough Market near the bridge.
