Local Man Gets Thirty Years in Particularly Disgusting Child Porn Case

Child pornography is always bad, but a San Antonio man has raised the definition of 'bad' to a whole new level, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.

Kevin Montgomery, 33, has been sentenced to thirty years in federal prison after he pled guilty to production of child pornography.

The FBI says in September of 2014, Montgomery used his cell phone to 'produce child pornography that depicted the abuse and exploitation of an approximately two year old female.'

When agents raided Montgomery's home and checked his two cell phones, they say they found 369 images of child porn that Montgomery had produced.

Montgomery has been in prison since January of 2015.  When he gets out, in January of 2045, he'll be on supervised release for ten years, and whatever devices are in use then will be rigorously examined.
